Grand Toys International Inc., a licensee and distributor of a wide variety of toys and ancillary items in Canada and since January 1, 1999, a manufacturer and distributor in the United States, announced late last month the appointment of Ken Cieply, C.A. as cfo, effective September 20, 1999. Cieply succeeds Ronald M. Goldenberg, who recently resigned to spend more time with his family and pursue other career opportunities outside the toy industry. Cieply will report to Steve Altro0, the Company's chairman and president.
